Dr. Laura Guilliam

Founder | Principal

Dr. Guilliam is the Founder and President of The Relational Intelligence Lab, where she helps organizations activate relational intelligence to drive growth, employee well-being, and lasting cultural change. With over 25 years of experience in corporate leadership and behavioral science, Laura partners with companies to build environments rooted in trust, belonging, and human-centered performance.

She has developed original frameworks—the Identity Flow Model and the Organizational Belonging Model—that translate complex relational dynamics into practical strategies that improve collaboration, engagement, and organizational health.

Laura’s research has shown that emotionally intelligent leadership not only fuels business results but also fulfills employees’ essential need for belonging and identity stability. She holds a Ph.D. in Values-Driven Leadership and Organizational Development and has worked with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions to design programs that deliver measurable results and support employee well-being.
